Addition Of Tax & Accounting Firm Drives Significant Growth
DALLAS—January 30, 2024—Unity Partners LP (“Unity Partners”), a principles-based private equity firm, and NDH Advisors LLC (“NDH”), a Chicago-headquartered accounting business, today announced that NDH has partnered with Houston-based tax and accounting firm Jain & Jain P.C. (“Jain & Jain”). Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1986 by founders Mike and Rajni Jain, Jain & Jain provides tax and outsourced accounting services to high net-worth individuals, closely-held businesses and their owners and family groups. Jain & Jain’s clients are primarily based in Texas, Florida, Utah, and Kansas and represent a diverse mix of industries. Both founders will continue to be actively involved in the business.
