Acquisition of Tax & Accounting Firm Bolsters Prosperity’s Services and Establishes Presence in Detroit
DALLAS—September 18, 2024—Unity Partners LP (“Unity Partners”), a principles-based private equity firm, and Prosperity Partners (“Prosperity”), a Chicago-headquartered accounting business, today announced that Prosperity has completed the acquisition of Detroit-based tax, business valuation and accounting firm Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (“CCA”). Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1983 by Harry Cendrowski, CCA is a boutique tax consulting firm offering comprehensive tax, outsourced accounting, family office services, business valuation, dispute advisory and forensic accounting services to its sophisticated clientele. The current partners of CCA will remain actively involved and are fully committed to the business.
