Most recently Portfolio Company President at Teamshares, where I had the opportunity to lead a great team in building a small business. Prior to that, I was the VP of Corporate Development at NextPoint Financial, where I led M&A Strategy for the platform.

Purpose – In my previous role, I saw firsthand how employee ownership can drive meaning and alignment for within teams. It’s a lot easier to achieve a goal when everyone is rowing in the same direction!
I stand on the shoulders of my parents and generations before them! It’s important to remember where you came from to appreciate where you’re headed.
At 15, I got a job at Six Flags pushing a concessions cart that probably weighed more than me, selling lemonade, snow cones, and popcorn. I hated it at the time, but it helped me break out of my shell—and by the end of the summer, you could hear me shouting ‘Lemonade! Snow Cones! Popcorn!’ across the park. To this day, I still don’t enjoy the smell of popcorn.
My wife, Tijana, and I will usually grab a coffee and take our dogs for a walk before hitting the gym together. If Tijana is out of town or too busy for me, I’ll try and play a round of golf with some buddies.
Nothing beats the stressors of life like hitting the heavy bag!
