My first job was an entrepreneurial venture focused on selling handmade paper animals to fellow 4th graders. According to the principal, it’s “not appropriate” to “profit off of your classmates.”
Doing a quick workout, watching the Baylor Bears play, or going on a long walk around White Rock Lake with my husband, Charlie and our Miniature Australian Shepherd, Athena. Frisbee breaks are mandatory.
Anything to get moving!! Strength training, conditioning, and yoga are some of my favorite ways to keep active.
My favorite book changes often, but a recent read that I really enjoyed was The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Anchor.
