Callie leads sourcing and origination for Unity Partners, supporting both new platforms and existing portfolio companies. She works closely with external partners and the broader Unity team to Build Better Together.
Prior to joining Unity, Callie was Vice President of Business Development at The Stephens Group, where she focused on deal sourcing and origination. Earlier in her career, she was an Investment Associate at ORIX Private Equity Solutions and Tribune Capital and began her career as an Investment Analyst at the OSU Foundation. Callie earned a BSBA in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
Outside of work, Callie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She can often be found cooking for friends and family, walking the Katy Trail with her husband and their dog Jasper, exploring new restaurants in Dallas, or fly or saltwater fishing in fun locations.
I grew up moving across several South American cities, which gave me a love of Latin food, an appreciation for different cultures, and a lasting passion for travel. Despite the moves, family was always the constant. My roots as a proud Okie run deep. My husband and I still make frequent trips up I-35 to visit family, though Dallas has been home for more than eight years.

My first job was as a lifeguard, which quickly turned into managing several neighborhood pools at a very young age. It was my first experience leading a team and taking on responsibility. I still remember my first lesson in staying calm and troubleshooting problems when a frog clogged and blew up one of the pool pumps during a holiday weekend.
I love staying active. Tennis, pilates, strength training, and any group fitness classes give me both variety and a sense of community.
I am an avid reader. The Count of Monte Cristo is my all-time favorite, and Never Let Me Go is a recent standout. I still subscribe to the Wall Street Journal in print and read it every weekend – something about the paper in hand makes me read articles I would otherwise skip online. I also enjoy podcasts like Revisionist History and Founders, which inspire me with their thoughtful exploration of history and entrepreneurship.
