Most recently Deputy Group CEO at Davies, a global, Insurance-focused Professional Services firm. Prior to that, held various Senior Executive roles at Davies, including Global Head of M&A and CEO of Davies’ North American business. During a ten-year tenure at Davies, played a key role in growing the business from a 300-person claims adjuster in the UK to an 8,000+ global Insurance Services leader. Prior to the time at Davies, held M&A and Integration roles at Insurance Brokerage, Towergate and advised owner-manages as an Investment Banker in London.

Born in Ipswich, England and lived there until I was 23. I spent a short period of time in NYC, before moving to London for around 10 years. When I took on the North American CEO role for Davies, I moved to Nashville, TN.
The majority of my family live in the UK and I visit them as regularly as I can. I have a young nephew who I love spending time, and encouraging him to play as many sports and musical instruments as possible!
I worked at a grocery store (“Supermarket”) in the UK, called Morrisons. I was mainly stacking shelves and trying to avoid the job of walking around the store with a gigantic yellow bucket, collecting cardboard.
You would most likely find me cooking, exercising or doing something music related. I love to cook for large groups of people (I enjoy the challenge), I run and do Hot Yoga and I am trying to improve my singing abilities!
Probably running or doing a Hot Yoga class and then hanging our with friends. Sport is normally involved too, particularly during the UK Premier League season.
When I was 20, I got invited on to Masterchef but my employer wouldn’t give me the time off. I decided to pursue the much more exciting option of training as an Accountant.
