My first job was an entrepreneurial venture focused on selling handmade paper animals to fellow 4th graders. According to the principal, it’s “not appropriate” to “profit off of your classmates.”
Going on a long walk around White Rock Lake with my dog, doing a quick workout, and watching the Baylor Bears play.
Anything to get moving!! Hot yoga, weightlifting, conditioning, and biking are some of my favorites.
My favorite book changes often, but a recent read that I really enjoyed was The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Anchor.
